How do I file a fraud complaint?

 

1. First, you have to collect evidence and documents that support this communication so that we can verify them with any helpful explanations with the statement of the parties involved in them.

2. Submit the complaint to your direct official and if this is not possible, then to the higher official and so on according to the administrative hierarchy.

3. If this is not possible, you can submit a complaint directly to us through the form shown below.

The request is treated with complete confidentiality in all cases, and you are free to disclose your identity or not, knowing that if you disclose your identity to us or leave a means of communication, this will greatly help us in the verification process.

To achieve confidentiality, the complaint is investigated indirectly through periodic audits, and the complaint is shared directly with the owners of the facility and not with the management.
